Beyond the positive brain changes, meditation helps to relieve stress, lessen anxiety and improve mood, anger and reactivity. You don’t need to be an experienced meditator, or practice a specific form of meditation to experience the rewards. Taking time for yourself to slow down and become mindful is enough.

Meditation hub

The meditation hub has 7 beautiful, safe and private pods that are accessible throughout the day. The pods operate on a half-hourly booking system. Within the pod, you have the option of listening to our custom-designed music meditations, breathing exercises, visualisations or simply being with the stillness. The pods are hygienic, cleaned regularly and operate in accordance with NSW Health mandated Covid-19 Safety Plans.
