Role Requirements:

  • MBBS or Fellowship qualifications with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably working with children and adolescents with mental health concerns (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice in mental health
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations of paediatric clients, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic testing
  • Collaborate with the MDT to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapies
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients’ physical health, growth, and development within the context of their mental health treatment
