Simon Harvey completed his Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Chemistry in 1991 and a Master’s degree in Clinical Dietetics in 1998, before branching out into property development. He started his property development company in 2000, initially focussing on high end residential on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Today, Simon concentrates predominantly on developing retail and commercial property and larger tourism infrastructure projects, in Australia and overseas. Several of Simon’s developments have won awards due to their bespoke designs. Simon has always prided himself on maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle to care for his physical and mental health. As the executive director of AwareHub, Simon has managed to fuse his passions – cleverly considered design with health & wellbeing. He has led the design team to create AwareHub’s first headquarters, that is truly a unique space to facilitate the mental health and wellbeing of all its staff and clients.
